Drive Vibrating Ring

Incredibly disappointing, right from the beginning. Bought for our first bit of alone time after my wife delivered our 3rd baby. This particular one might have been defective but, we could not get the vibration to stay engaged for more than 2 seconds at first. To be fair, we probably got it going for around 2 minutes at some point but then it died again. The design entails a silicone ring with a cheap bullet vibe jammed in and enclosed on both ends. Good news, it's held very tight. Bad news, the button is always somewhat pressed and it just results in total frustration. We have been far more pleased with cheapo/throwaway vibrating rings from the drug store. Another, less major complaint is that this ring barely fits onto my member if I'm anywhere beyond "cold shower" mode. I get that it's supposed to be super tight but, I'd literally have to put this on before we even get started and that just ruins any chance of spontaneous play. The major upside however, is that I'm very happy to say that BTSS customer service is great. I emailed them regarding the disappointment and they immediately issued a store credit for the full amount. I happily put that towards something with better design/features/etc.
