All of the products for sale from Between the Satin Sheets are guaranteed to be authentic, brand new and with all original packaging.

Unfortunately, in the adult toy industry, knock-offs and "refurbished" items are common. Even worse, some of our customers have reported receiving obviously used items from sites like Amazon or Ebay (cringing in horror)! If you are shopping on these sites, be sure to look for a reputable reseller. Check out their reviews and other items for sale (We found a seller of a stainless steel adult toy also sold oatmeal which seemed like a bit of a red flag.)

Each product Between the Satin Sheets sells comes from a manufacturer authorized distributor, ensuring the authenticity. We also ship to you directly from the distributors' warehouse so that your toys are never even on a sales floor where they could be damaged or contaminated.
