Returns

One of the things that sets Between the Satin Sheets apart is our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  We are happy to offer returns and exchanges so that you get a quality toy that you love.

If your toy is defective or malfunctions, we are happy to take it back and issue a replacement of the same item with free shipping within 60 days. After 60 days, we ask that you try to contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement first but can also help obtain a replacement.

If you change your mind before opening your toy, unopened sealed items may be returned for a refund in the first 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price, however, you will be responsible for return shipping.

If you simply do not like a toy that you receive, opened items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for store credit towards the purchase of another item. We know how hard shopping for toys can be online and that no toy works for everyone, no matter how good the reviews. We want you to find a product you love, but since we have to discard all used items, we can not issue a refund for open items. We hope that you use your store credit to find a new toy that you love. Opened Spareparts harnesses are subject to a 20% disposal fee which will be deducted from your store credit.
